With many years handling land sites that require careful preparation and process to bring forward suitable for development in a variety of arenas including residential and commercial ARBA has recently been able to convert an outline planning consent to a full planning consent for both a residential site with 157 plots and an 8.4 acre commercial site.
ARBA has further projects under consideration and is looking for additional sites that it can utilise its specialist skills on and those of its professional teams of consultants.
ARBA acquired a site with historic outline consent for B1, B2 & B8 Uses. ARBA converted this to a full consent and have sold the site to a new venture between Stobart & Laing O’Rourke.

The site acquired in a joint venture with Ground Group consisted of an outline planning consent. ARBA managed the process to convert this to a full planning consent for the development of 157 dwellings with access from Chesterfield Road.
